Payment is made via bank transfer which is away from musictouchmyheart.com. We do not store any of the related information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
For any purchase above $350, you will enjoy our Free Delivery service.
For the purchase that is below $350, you can choose ‘Local pick-up’ at any centre MRT Station to enjoy the Free delivery too. If you need us to deliver to your door step, please include the $8 delivery fees.
Warranty And Exchange
Unless specified otherwise, All listed products come with standard 12 months manufacturer warranty offer by the manufacturer.
Buyer is required to register the products on the manufacturers’ website (if applicable), and keep the invoice as a proof of purchase.
Accessories are not cover under any warranty scheme.
If the device has malfunctioned within the warranty period, buyer can bring down to the service centre or contact us for arrangement. Courier charges will be borne by buyer.
Service charges apply after warranty period.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged caused by the manufacturer. All goods sold are not refundable.
